We're working hard behind the scenes so you can slip into comfort as soon as possible. Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be packed and shipped out.

Lost Packages:
If your package seems to be taking a detour or hasn’t arrived, don’t worry — we’re here to help every step of the way.
If Your Package Shows “Delivered” but You Can’t Find It
Sometimes carriers mark items as delivered a little early. Here’s what to do first:
1. Double-check your mailbox, front door, lobby, or community parcel locker.
2. Ask neighbours or building staff in case it was left with them.
3. Give it 24–48 hours — carriers often scan early, and packages show up shortly after.

If Your Package Is Marked as “In Transit” or “Delayed”
If your tracking hasn’t updated for a few days, we recommend:
• Monitoring the tracking for 7 days (carriers can experience brief delays).
• Ensuring your shipping address was entered correctly at checkout.
After 7 days without updates, contact us — we’ll help investigate.

When a Package Is Considered Lost
We consider a package lost when:
• There have been no tracking updates for 7+ days, or
• The carrier confirms the package is missing.
Once a package is confirmed lost, we’re happy to offer a replacement order.

Wrong Address / Address Entry Errors
We ship to the exact address provided at checkout.
If a package is lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer, we’re unable to replace or refund the order. If this happens, please email us as soon as possible.
